The fastest way to sell a tenanted property in the UK 0800 698 4939

24 February 2020

From April 2020 every let property must have an EPC rating of at least E

From April 2020 the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard applies to all existing tenancies, not just new ones. A property with an EPC rating of F or G can no longer be let unless a valid exemption is registered.

For landlords of older, unmodernised stock — which much regulated and protected-tenancy property is — bringing a property up to an E can mean significant and potentially expensive improvement work.

If you would rather realise the value of the property than carry out the work, we buy tenanted property in any condition, and pay the legal fees. We also provide EPC assessments across London.
